About
Why Gracious & Co. exists
Built around the belief that work should be useful, responsible, done with integrity, and ultimately done to the glory of God — combining technical, engineering-minded thinking with real hands-on experience in agriculture, equipment, property, and athletic development.
Faith & Stewardship
Gracious & Co. is grounded in Christian faith and the belief that our abilities, work, resources, land, and opportunities are things entrusted to us to steward well. That principle shapes how we serve clients, develop people, build systems, and make long-term decisions.
Faith • Stewardship • Purpose
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.
Colossians 3:23
How We Work
Our approach
Understand the real problem
Not just the symptom — the actual thing worth solving.
Build practical solutions
Grounded in what's buildable, not just what's ideal on paper.
Use resources responsibly
Time, money, land, and materials are stewarded, not wasted.
Communicate clearly
Honest recommendations, plainly explained.
Execute with integrity
Doing what we said we'd do, the way we said we'd do it.
Think long term
Decisions that hold up years from now, not just this season.

Sion McKillip is the current steward of Gracious & Co. He is pursuing a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Arkansas and works at the intersection of engineering, agriculture, athletic development, and practical problem solving. His interests include mechanical systems, land stewardship, farming, equipment, boxing, coaching, strength and conditioning, and building useful solutions that serve people well.
His Christian faith is the foundation of how he approaches work, leadership, stewardship, and service. Gracious & Co. reflects the belief that abilities, resources, relationships, land, and opportunities are responsibilities to be handled faithfully and with purpose.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace.
